MBC Week 2

Week 2 changes

  • We split the model into user and provider sides (users in black, providers in blue)
  • The consumer sell needs to be a soft sell. Allow people to engage with the site and potentially fill out a plan before requiring log in information and payment.
  • We heard a number of requests for conversation materials that supports the ‘people’ side of the equation
  • Clarified that our provider network will need to be maintained through direct relationships and biz dev.
