Another interview, another positive response. I spoke with my friend M.I.
Late 30’s M.I. has a young family of his own and saw the worst that can happen when a family member dies without a plan. Some of his extended family members spent months looking for a will that they never found.
MI is not really in the target market since he doesn’t have in demo parents, but he’s a technology native with a family of his own and was very enthusiastic about our service. He said some really interesting things about key life triggers that get you thinking about End of Life issues.
- Birth of a Child
- Death of a loved one or friend
That’s a solid insight for future marketing efforts. There may be additional segments we can target based on key life events. In retrospect it seems obvious…
He also volunteered to refer us to some UI experts & Information Architects. So bonus points for the referral.
