A friend of mine mentioned that his parents were ideal targets for this type of service. They’re mid-60s, just retired, and the family has never talked about any of this stuff.
He promised to connect us so we could discuss on the phone.
Turns out they absolutely don’t want to talk about this stuff. Not sure if that’s with me or they don’t want to discuss at all, but it seems like we’re going to find people either really open to the idea or totally turned off by it. I suspect that instead of having conversations providing negative feedback on the idea, potential users will just opt out and not have the chat.
This is not a topic for lukewarm casual feedback.
We need to be wary of listening to only the positive feedback, because it may be hard to find negative feedback.
